Art Biennale 2026

In Minor Keys

From May 9 to November 22, 2026, the 61st Venice Biennale of Art, In Minor Keys, will open its doors.

In the words of curator Koyo Kouoh, the exhibition invites visitors to “slow down and attune themselves to the frequencies of minor keys (…), to listen to the persistent signals of the Earth and of life, in connection with the frequencies of the soul.” After her premature passing in May 2025, the Biennale, with the full support of Kouoh’s family and closest collaborators, decided to carry forward the exhibition as planned.

For my Biennale visits, I offer a carefully curated selection of the most significant works, connecting them to the tensions and questions that shape our present.
My approach is to help visitors understand not only the works themselves, but also how the curatorial practice brings them into a lively dialogue.

Alongside the Biennale exhibition at its two main venues, the Arsenale and the Giardini, I also offer visits to selected collateral events and temporary exhibitions across the city, chosen for the quality of the artists and their relevance in the contemporary debate.
