Architecture Biennale 2025
Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective.
From 10 May to 23 November 2025, Venice will host the 19th International Architecture Exhibition, curated by Carlo Ratti – architect, engineer, and professor at MIT in Boston – whose research focuses on the relationship between urban space, technology, and collective intelligence.
As Ratti himself stated, “to face a world on fire, architecture must harness all the intelligence that surrounds us” – that of nature, of human beings, and of machines.
At the heart of this edition is the challenge of climate adaptation, explored through the voices of architects, scientists, artists, craftspeople, engineers, philosophers, and activists.
The curator’s project is rooted precisely in this dialogue between technology and humanism.

At the moment, I am following the development of this Biennale with interest, and I will decide after the opening whether to offer guided tours.
In the meantime, bookings are already open for the 2026 Art Biennale, which I will offer with my usual approach: connecting each artwork to the tensions and questions that shape our present.
My tours last generally 2 to 3 hours. If you wish a longer visit, we can split it in two half days.
My fee for a tour of the highlights either in the Giardini or in the Arsenale and up to 4 people is 110 € / hour.
